Name: Madras Incar Remington, only known as Mir to everyone else. Age: Unknown, possibly in his early twenties. Height: 171cm (5'7'') Weight: 49kg (clean) Abilities: Extremely skilled with koppojutsu, or bone-breaking art of the ninjutsu branch. Equally skilled with a dagger or small, bladed arms. An excellent marksman, and good at utilizing terrain to his advantage. Profession: Assassin Biography: The illegitimate son of a farmer's daughter and a soldier, Madras had only known hardship of life when his grandfather, his mother's father, brutally murdered his father and imprisoned his mother in an underground cellar when he was only still an infant. While the death of his father and the imprisoning of his mother had been a secret, Madras found out by accident when his grandfather forgot to lock the cellar after a midnight visit and his mother snuck out, only to be mercilessly beaten by the grandfather. Finding out the truth, Madras gutted his own grandfather with a fork and table knife, and escaped with his wounded mother. An assassin, who was sent by the soldier's family to take revenge on the grandfather saw everything, and aided young Madras and his mother in their flight. Later, after the mother was nursed back to health, the assassin took Madras in and taught him the art of assassination. To make life for his mother better, Madras killed his own emotions and allowed his killer instincts to direct his blades, assassinating nobles and stealing important documents from government stashes. To protect his identity, he is now commonly known to others as Mir. Strengths: 1. Anatomy knowledge: To be efficient as an assassin, Mir has learnt that sometimes, a proper attack to certain parts of the body produces a better and quieter kill than just stabbing someone in the back. And less messier. His extensive knowledge of the human and animal anatomy made it that he can easily score a critical and fatal wound on enemies that is unfortunate enough to be at the receiving end of the blade. 2. Stealth: Part and parcel of his profession, Mir relies on stealth and ambush tactics to take out his targets, and as such has developed a special eye to determine if a hiding spot is a good hiding spot or not. When Mir is hidden, he is so well hidden that he was never found before, until his assassination job was completed. And even if he becomes known or is compromised, Mir can simply hide and wait it out by hiding in pre-determined hiding spots. 3. Agility: Mir depends on his agile and flexibility to evade traps, traverse difficult terrains and dodge swords. His agility was famed to be able to evade arrows shot straight at him, though it was never confirmed. 4. Unwavering Will: Mir's mind was hardened by the countless assassinations he was hired to perform, and to see death at almost every corner he turns has turned him into a cold, merciless person when it comes to a job or duty, making him the perfect assassin. Weakness: 1. Family: With his mother as his only family member left, Mir cares for his mother first and foremost, although he may not show it. But if he knows of his mother being at risk of being a target of hostage, Mir will lose it and enter into a bloodthirsty frenzy to the point that he loses sanity and just butchers anyone that is not his mother. 2. Single-minded: While having an unwavering will is a must in the job, Mir's single-minded concept when it comes to obeying orders makes him as vulnerable to being manipulated to kill people who were meant to live. It is also a flaw that he devoted his whole mind and soul into assassination that his heart feels no emotion. He can no longer separate love and care, as emotions were deemed a weakness in his profession 3. Indecisiveness: Mir can be a perfect assassin, but he lacks autonomy. He can execute an assassination well, but his lack of social sense made it that he cannot make decisions well, or rather, lack the experience to make decisions independently.

(This character is one that I'm looking forward to use in a fantasy-based RP, which he will show very much promise as a hero/anti-hero)
Name: Edgar "Mirror" Harford Age: 23 Height: 179cm Weight: 52kg Description: Edgar is built agile and dexterous, and a frame to compliment it. He has average-length brown hair with a ponytail at the end, straight and silky texture. He has a brown right eye, which is his original eye, and a purple left eye which was a replacement for his lost eye. He has a medium nose, elegantly poised, complimenting his fine lips. He has a light complexion that adds to the exotic look that he already portrayed. He is commonly seen wearing a feathered hat and flamboyantly colored clothes, although he is rarely seen without a blue cape with a raven emblem imprinted on it. Powers: Edgar was just a normal thief prior to receiving the left eye, and that left eye of his gave him his status now as a copycat. Far from considered to be a powerful gift, Edgar can copy almost any powers, spells, techniques or even abilities that he has cast his left eyes on, earning him the nicknames, "Copycat", "Mirror Eye", "Mimic Thief" and "Spellthief", with Mirror Eye and Copycat being the most famous name used. His eye also allows him to discern illusions from reality, and to give him a rough analysis of a target. Aside from that, he is skilled in almost every form of combat, and can freely shape weapons made from pure energy from the Astral World, using the three pairs of rings placed on his index, middle and ring fingers. Biography: An orphan abandoned by his parents after birth due to being attacked by bandits, Edgar was brought in by a blacksmithing family. Due to the local lords' wars, the village where he grew up in was razed, and his foster family chained and hanged on the name of treason for siding and providing weapons for one lord over the others. Edgar managed to escape from the jailors by slipping his small hands from the shackles. He wandered the streets, learning to steal from unsuspecting passerby and merchants. One fateful day, by pity of heart, Edgar infiltrated a nobleman's house upon the request of a shaman to reclaim his totem which the nobleman found interesting. While he was escaping, he was found, and though he managed to escape, his left eye was damaged when he tripped and smashed his face against a pointed rock. He was lucky to survive the ordeal, for the shaman granted him a magical eye to replace his current one, and healed him of his wounds. After some experimenting with his new-found powers, Edgar infiltrated the castle fort and rescued his foster family by replicating the court mages' explosive sigils and blowing a hole in the wall. Now, he roams the world seeking his fortune, and to make a name for himself. Strength: 1. Duplicating: Edgar's left eye grants him the power to replicate the power parameters of almost any powers, natural or supernatural, to a certain degree, flawed, but close enough to pass as a powerful ability to those that are not professional enough in that field. 2. Anti-Illusion: Again, his left eye provides True Sight that allows Edgar to identify illusions from reality, effectively making Illusion magic worthless against him. Edgar usually uses this to discern fake coins from the genuine ones. 3. Astral Weapons: Edgar has learnt to draw upon energy from the Astral realm to form Astral weapons that works and functions as good as a real weapon does in combat. Combining it with his duplication ability, Edgar can replicate the best scenario for activating the powers by replicating even the weapons used by the enemy, something that some times drive his adversaries to berserking madness. 4. Jack of all Trades: To be a good copycat means that Edgar is very versatile, able to perform different roles in different combat situations, making him the most versatile person one could ever have in a team. 5. Impeccable memory: Edgar has a very good memory that allows him to remember the things he has seen, whether it is to copy or just remembering. This is handy when Edgar needs a particular information that he may need, or a spell used long ago that he needs it again, or even in a contest of memory. Weakness: 1. Flawed Copy: No duplication has no price. For the cost of being versatile in a battle, Edgar has not drawn enough energy to fully imitate something unless he himself is well-trained in that particular ability. 2. Glass Cannon: As powerful as it seems, Edgar is fragile, with almost no constitution behind his frail frame. Adding to his copycat abilities, he seemed closer to that of a mage than an actual fighter. Although he has the reflex of a cat and the cunning of a fox, he can almost never take a strong blow straight on. 3. Impeccable Memory: What is his strongest weapon is also his weakest link. As information flooded his brain, he some times look like a lagging computer, unable to handle too much information in one go. With so much abilities that he has learnt and duplicated, he cannot simply draw one out without first understanding the nature of the situation to use an ability. Armamet: Morrigan (a set of three rings that Edgar wears on his left fingers, the center bears the head of a raven while the other two bears an emerald and an amethyst), Garuda (a set of three rings that Edgar wears on his right fingers, the center bears the head of an eagle while the other two bears a ruby and a sapphire).
