Jasper and Rhydian, along with Sammy were ready quickly, as none of the males had a need to unpack. They were first to arrive and long unpacked before the girls had shown up with their things. Plus they were guys. It was much easier to pick an outfit and do their hair by running some product through it than the girls with their trying on various outfits, finding the right hair do and make up style. At least they assumed this much.
Jasper was already comfortable on the couch with his feet up on the coffee table as Rhydian had come out to join him in waiting. Rhydian, who always tended to dress up, was wearing a dark grey dress shirt with the first two buttons undone, and tucked into a pair of black slacks and italian leather dress shoes to compliment the outfit. His hair was neatly gelled back in his usual style, though he touched at it as if trying to perfect it even more. Looking over Jasper Rhydian supposed he was impressed the guy at least had a dress shirt on.
Jasper's outfit was a bit different though. He was wearing a blue dress shirt, the first four buttons undone, and the sleeves were rolled up half way up his arm to his elbows. It was un-tucked and worn with very dark blue jeans that were tucked into black untied boots. His hair, though he claimed he styled it, looked as messy as ever. Though Rhydian supposed it could be a planned messy. After all bedhead had become a hairstyle at some point in human history. He was sure some lazy, but good looking man had invented it.
When Sammy and the girls had joined the brother's company Jasper stood up and wolf whistled at the sight. When Veronique commented on their sexiness, Jasper retorted, "I could say the same for you ladies." Rhydian just shook his head and followed the group out and to the limo. The limo was something Rhydian could be grateful for and appreciate Veronique being "spoiled" enough to want one. He wasn't really the cab type either, so this was nice. It didn't seem to take too long for them to arrive at their destination, probably because they were laughing so much in the limo.
At the club everything went smoothly. Veronique flirted with the bouncer, while Jasper gave him a friendly handshake. It made things so much easier and they didn't even seem to really need the fake IDs. Though he supposed the night wasn't really over yet. As they walked toward their booth Veronique ever so kindly made joking (maybe half joking) reminders to everyone including Rhydian about acting appropriately for their setting. As they sat down Jasper waived a waitress over who was overly pleased to see him, so everyone could order drinks. Then Veronique requested the dirt on their breaks.
Rhydian gave a shrug of his shoulders, "I studied mostly." To which Jasper laughed and nodded, "Yeah this guy didn't get out much. But you would be right Beauty Queen Vera. I did have quite a break." Leaning in on the table the grinned, "I went to this little pub back home and got completely pissed. Started wandering the streets on my own but of course I come across this beauty. Straight slag she was. Didn't even have to take her anywhere fancy to try hard. Just took her down an alley." Rhydian shook his head and tacked on, "This is why I need to watch you." Jasper rolled his eyes and sat back putting his arms up on either side of the booth seat as their drinks came. A wink at the waitress had her blushing and giggling as she left them to their liquor.

Avery had been excited to go clubbing when the idea first came up. But as they girls fused over make-up, hair styles it put a slight damper on her mood. Not a bad damper, just made her uncomfortable. Getting dressed up in fancy clothes, glittery make up and high heels made her upset and slightly uptight. After much discussion Avery finally was ready. She looked at herself in the mirror feeling overdressed but not to the point she wanted to rip a skirt off her and runaround in her painties.
Nope, lucky for her she got off with a nice pair of black skinny jeans, a white blouse with the sleeves rolled up. The blouse was low cut and you could see the ‘girls’ more then she normally liked but it was a compromise she had made with Veronique when she refused to wear a dress or a skirt. Over top of the blouse was a sheik black vest with heavy detail in the material. It was one of her favorite pieces she had found on her travels to Germany that summer. Finding old stuff was a bit of a habit and this was one of her finds.
Coming out of the room with the other girls Avery stuffed her hands into her pocket looking at the males who had gotten ready much quicker then the ladies. They all looked pretty handsome all dressed up and ready to hit the club. A fancy one at that, one that Avery had been to a few times. Not as many as the others considering the place was of high standards and you had dress up. But she had gone there with a few art buddies in the city. Good times, she had gotten pretty drunk in the stuffy place.
“I as long as they talk to my face and not my breasts we won’t have anything to worry about.” Avery in a bored tone. “So I won’t make any promises I won’t beat the crap out of someone.” She laughed as they arrived and she took a look around. Bodies dancing together, music blaring. The night was going to be good.
“Sounds like you are the one we need to watch more then me.” Avery said commenting on Jasper’s story laughing lightly. “I didn’t really do anything that loud and crazy. Just stayed out of my grandparents way, though went to Germany and got some material for my art.” She paused tapping her fingers on the table anxiously. “Went to a few parties to though, so I won’t say I didn’t do anything crazy.” She shrugged again feeling thirsty. She wanted a beer or something, but she had already taken a seat.
Better to wait till everyone had commented on there break before leaving, who knew were they all would end up after the drinking would start.

Julianna smiled tiredly at Avery as Veronique fussed over them and complimented them as she herded them at the door. Sometimes the easiest thing to do about that girl was to accept her quirks and know that she was not alone in her skepticism. They greeted the boys, who all looked very handsome, and slipped into the limo that Veronique had evidently deemed entirely necessary for a night out. Well, maybe it was better to have someone assigned to drive, in case things went the way she thought they might. She accepted the champagne in the limo for the toast, telling herself that it would be okay if she didn't drink anymore than this. She'd just get water at the club.
All Julianna could do as Veronique fawned over the bouncer was press her lips into a line, to keep from chuckling at this display. That girl was gifted in manipulation. Again, she smiled wryly at Avery, her go-to response to any ridiculous (in her opinion) thing that the third girl did.
Once they were all seated, and Veronique established her rules for having a good time, Julianna laughed at Avery's response. "No, it'll be fine, we'll be fine, right? Don't cause trouble." she fussed, drumming her fingers on the table. Jasper hailed a waitress over, and Julianna requested just a water, though it was clear the waitress was more interested in helping the male portion of their group. Julianna grimaced at Jasper's tale of how his break had gone. "Lovely." she deadpanned, face red at the very thought of someone doing something like that. Honestly, did young girls have no self respect these days? Still, she didn't voice her judgement, because she knew this was just the beginning of outlandish tales from Jasper AND Veronique. She'd have to move past it. Avery and Rhydian both had milder stories, which was merciful. Both seemed to have done work towards things they liked, Rhydian with his schooling, Avery with her art.
"Well, I can't claim to have had an encounter much like Jasper's, but to me, I think it's a good thing." she said, twisting a piece of hair around her pinky distractedly. "Ah, as for me, I think you may as well skip over my story. You know what I did. Danced. And then, instead of taking naps or reading or watching terrible television, I danced more. My mother and father are frantic about this year...oh, I don't want to start thinking about everything we have to do. The point is, the usual for me." she hurried to stop herself, not wanting to taint her good time with talk of the stresses sure to come. She could panic over her last year in the comfort of this school, with these people, later, on her own. She was a little embarrassed, to be honest, of how afraid she felt. Leaving school, her friends, her life, behind. And then only dance. She could feel what might have been phantom pain in her legs just imagining what was coming.
Sipping at her water, Julianna crossed her legs and glanced about the club, trying not to stare at anyone in particular for too long, so they wouldn't get any wrong idea. The place was loud, and crowded. Everyone here looked to be young adults, which was mildly comforting. At least there weren't any creepy old men. That she could see. Maybe there were, and they were hiding in their own corner, she didn't know. That was a little crazy though. Anyway, the people here were mainly drunk, and wild. The girls were showing heavy interest in the cuter boys, while any who were not fawned over brooded over drinks.

Following the group, getting on the limousine and arriving at the club, all Sam could do when Veronique flirted with the bouncer was to look away and pretended to look at other girls. After all, at the club, most of the visiting female population are dressed pretty nice, is that was the word to describe them. Revealing, more like, if according to his nation's customs. But hey, it was Britain afterall. Maybe they just needed to let their hair down, if you catch his drift.
At the table, Sam gave his order of just a mug of lager, and that was all he was going to drink that night. And yet despite the waitress that Jasper and Rhydian were talking to, it was Sam that attracted the most number of girls that came flirting, probably because he looks foreign. Heck, Sam is a Malaysian Chinese, not a local one, of course it would be reasonable that he drew the most attention.
"Sorry ladies, I'm taken for tonight," that was Sam's reply to all of the girls. "I'm only here for the lager, not the stands you're so fond of, Venice," Sam said to Veronique in case she asked. "Julie, just look at me and you won't feel awkward," he gave the awkward Julianna his advice. Seriously though, he thought that was the lamest advice ever, but hey, anything goes here, eh?
"And besides, not really girls that suits my taste," he said to Jasper, whom he could feel an eyebrow raising.

“A flirtini, please,” Veronique said as the waitress came to get their orders. She had plenty to choose of drinks to choose from and after debating, she finally settled for a flirtini which is one if not her favorite drink. Since Veronique did not want to drink on an empty stomach since she was too busy fussing over her friends to eat, she ordered some finger sandwiches. She was glad the fancier nightclubs serve some type of food or appetizer since many other nightclubs doesn’t offer such services. As the drinks came around, she realized that Avery didn’t order which was a shocker since that girl never turns down alcohol. Veronique didn’t mind much since she knew Avery was probably just getting started or was still having a hard time deciding on the drink. Taking a sip of her own, she was pleased with the taste while Rhydian talked about his studies. “Oh come on Rhyddie bear! Studying is literally all you do. I dare you to pick any girl in here and at least have a make out session. It’ll be fun! Pretty please? With cherries and chocolate on top?” Veronique grinned slyly at him, suddenly completely interested in her suggestions. Now that she thought about it, she hasn’t really seen Rhydian around with too many females unless he’s about to reprimand them.
When Jasper talked about his little quickie outside the streets, Veronique gave him a wink. “That’s my Jas, he knows where it’s at. That’s what you call a fun autumn break,” Veronique chuckled at his little story though Rhydian quickly interjected with another ‘Hello, I’m Rhyddie bear, the prim and proper’ comment. She swore, this night, she was going to be his matchmaker. Just he wait! They just had to hit the dance floor and boom, ladies will come flocking for him. Though Julianna and Rhydian had the same expression and tone when Jasper mention his story, Avery was much cooler with it as Veronique expected since the girl really seem to be as judgmental as the other two. Both Julianna’s and Avery’s story made her feel slightly envious inside. It’s a great thing to have a passion for something and they all did except for her. Her mind pushed the thoughts away and Veronique finished her drink as Sam was trying to swat off the females.
As Sam mentioned about the lager, Veronique bursted out laughing at his comment though not rudely. She was amused, thinking he was cute in his own awkward way being the foreigner and how he asked Julianna to look at him. “I concur, Jules! He wants you to look at him and no one else tonight since no one else but you suits his taste tonight. I kid! I kid!” she took his comment and spin it her own way. She was merely teasing her friends and she wanted to loosen them up. They seemed really uptight at times and tonight, they just had to let it go before school starts and they’re back to the boring schedules. Wondering how they all came together with such different backgrounds and personalities, Veronique leaned back against the cushion and crossed her legs.
“Your break sounds fantastic by the way. I don’t have to say much about mine since I did the usual shopping sprees, met up with some old friends, and ate a ton of food. Though I did meet this one guy but I stood him up since I forgot about the date,” Veronique started her story before wincing at her last statement. She felt slightly bad for doing that but she had tons of appointments and he was just the many she forgot about. Since she is a spontaneous, forgetful person and likes to do things her way, Veronique also have commitment issues especially towards plans that she made earlier the week. After finishing her tale, Veronique thought back to Sam's comment about his tastes in females which bought her to her next question.
"So, if no one here is your taste Sam, just what is your taste? Speaking of tastes, what are all of your tastes? I don't think we've ever explored this topic."

Jasper only laughed at everyone's reaction to his story of his most memorable moment from break. It was to be expected that ony Veronique would be on his side about it. As his drink came to him he stole a sandwich from Rhydian, who ordered food like Veronique did, before taking a sip of his Jameson on the rocks.
As Veronique questioned what their taste in the opposite sex was Jasper only grinned. "Oh sexy, you know I don't discriminate." Polishing off his drink he climbed over everyone to get out of the booth and leaned in toward Veronique, "But you know, you ladies are my favorite." With a smirk he stood up straight, "Now if you don't mind, I'm gonna not discriminate right now." Wiggling his eyebrows he was off on the dance floor with a blonde model type who had been making eyes at him since they got there.
Rhydian shook his head, "He needs a leash." Eating a sandwich before sipping at his draft he looked at Veronique. "I suppose you won't let up until we answer you. So..." He gave off a defeated sigh before seapking again. "Of course I like intelligent women. We have to be able to converse. Physically though, I prefer long hair, though color doesn't matter. She doesn't have to have a model body but a pretty face would be nice. I don't know I am not sure I have a type. I don't date much."
Now Rhydian was feeling embarrassed about the whole thing and wished he hadn't opened his mouth. Clearing his throat he took another sip of his draft and shook his head, "Can anyone at this table really have a type except maybe Jasper an Veronique?"

“Oh, Sam apparently has eyes only for you Jules.” Avery said going of Veronique’s comment before laughing lightly falling a little quieter glaring at the waitress as she left. Dumb blonde bitch actually didn’t even take her order? Well she wouldn’t be getting any tip, unless Jasper or some other dude got there hands on her. Then that would be the only tip she would need. And Jasper did leave the table early, so who knew what women he could get his hands on.
Dumb easy bitches.
Drumming her fingers on the table she leaned on her free hand looking to Rhy as he didn’t really want to mention his ‘type’ of women. But he didn’t give too bad of a description, though Avery knew off the bat that the women for him would have been smart. Probably just as annoying as him, which maybe was a relief to Avery. Why? It meant that Avery never would have a chance at a male like him, and he would never be attracted to her so she wouldn’t have to worry about being an ass in front of him. Nope, he thought she was a dull piece of paper that was in the group. No hitting on her.
He and Jules could flirt and be a cute smart couple and have beautiful babies. If it ever came to that.
Why the hell was she thinking about babies?
Shaking off the weird place her mind went too, Avery looked at Veronique with a shrug. She wasn’t really sure what she wanted in a male either. “I have no idea what I would like. Someone who’s tough, in check of their emotions probably. Dark hair too, but I don’t think its really big of a deal.” She paused running a hand threw her hair before looking to the bar then back to her friends. “Someone who can handle the way I think, the way I am and if he gets annoying I want permission to knock some sense into him. You know, like upside the head type thing.” She laughed lightly not sure if that was even true or not. She hadn’t dated before.
“Anyways, I am off to the bar. The bitch forgot to even take my order.” She climbed out giving a nod to her. “If I don’t return n a bit come save me…” She sighed looking down at her chest exposed for the pubic to see, the make up on her face. She felt out of place. Meh. She’d survive, better to not dwell on it. She was a tough brood, and things could be worse.
Getting to the bar she leaned against it, ordering a scotch on the rocks. Just for something different. Waiting for it to be made she leaned against the counter, her elbows on the counter, her eyes scanning the room. Loud music, bodies intertwined with each other. People hooking up for the night, most couples in place. In the back of her mind, Avery wondered if maybe some of these kids were from her school. Perhaps, she didn’t regonize any of them, but she didn’t pay attention as much as she liked to pretend.
“Your drink miss.” The bar tender said smoothly and Avery turned giving him a smirk. Handing him the money she mumbled a thanks before turning to leave but ran into a body in front of her.
“Well, I haven’t seen you around before.” The male with dirty blonde hair stated with a smug smile, placing a hand on the bar counter before leaning over closer to her.
“You almost made me spill my Scotch, Fucktard.” Avery cursed glaring up at the male who was at least a foot or two taller then her. “Know move, I have plans with friends and am not going to talk to an ass hole like you.” She hissed moving around him, only to have the man slip a hand under waist. This caused Avery to back off and curse again.
“Wow, a mouth on this one, don’t like what you see? Come on, I’m just trying to have a chat with you. Your from around here, that I can tell from your accent. Personally, I’m an exchange student at a local college.” He blabbed on. In Avery’s head it was nothing but ‘Blah I’m a prick, Blah blah blah blah.’
“Please, just go talk with those other bimbos, I’m busy.” Avery huffed turning to leave the guy huffed, obviously agitated by Avery’s lack of interest.
“What, are you not interested in men? Ah I see it. You bat for the other team, well you’re at the wrong type of bar if that’s the case.” He hissed, this caused Avery to get pissed. Someone had better come and see if she was alright soon, if not she may have to break her promise already.

"Er, wh-what does that even..." Julianna stammered as Sam spoke to her, eyebrows shooting up into her hairline, but before she could analyze it, the other girls were teasing. Julianna rolled her eyes at the other girls, jutting her chin out. "Oh, be quiet, both of you, you're just twisting his words around. Don't be so embarrassing." she scolded, but even she couldn't keep from laughing. It was nice to have them there to lighten any mood, she would admit that much.
As Sam had to deny the local girls, Veronique turned the subject to something that was actually not a common topic for the whole group. The girls gossiped about this shallow stuff enough, she thought, in the privacy of their room, usually when they were all unable to sleep and it was some ungodly hour. Julianna frowned, but to her surprise, they all seemed willing enough to admit their tastes. Well, Jasper was teasing as usual. He slipped off to prove his point one the dance floor, and Julianna could only shake her head. He was something else. Her parents would be appalled to know that she spent time with a boy like that. After Rhydian and Avery both offered their own takes on it, Julianna grimaced, realizing they'd circled around to her turn. "Oh. Uh." she pulled a face as Avery slipped away, to get the drink she'd forgotten to order, apparently, and then there were four. "Well, I don't really...know, that is, I haven't put so much thought into it. I haven't had much time to date. Obviously. But, uh, I guess someone respectful? Is that too boring? Ah, and maybe someone with their own life, I don't much like codependency. I don't think I could fall for someone who didn't have his own life. And I'm partial to darker hair, though that bit is kind of silly." she laughed now, waving this off.
Several more minutes passed, and Julianna frowned down at her glass. "Don't you think Avery should be back? She was just getting a drink. You don't think she's beating someone up, do you?" she asked, half-joking. That was a viable possibility. Her concern for the unwitting public was enough to make her slip off her seat, and crane her neck to search for her short friend. "I can go collect her..." she said reluctantly, a bit worried of what she might find.
Her fears seemed to be well-founded, as Avery was glaring up at some man with tousled blond hair. Oh no. "Avery?" Julianna approached the two with measured steps, her face icy when Avery's companion turned from glaring at Avery to see who was interrupting.
A slimy smile washed over his face, and Julianna raised one brow at Avery, as if to ask what his problem was. "Hey, beautiful. You know this girl? We were just chatting, maybe you'd like to join in." he said smoothly, making Julianna's expression even more repelled.
"Ah, no thanks, we'll just leave." she said quickly, giving Avery a pointed look. They could just walk away, it was fine, no need to beat him up or whatever might be flying through her mind.
"Tch. What, are you her girlfriend? You're too pretty to be like that, you know." he sneered down at them, and now Julianna crossed her arms.
"That...is just idiotic. And probably the most shortsighted, prejudiced thing I've ever heard, for the record. What girl would ever want to talk to someone like you? This isn't the middle ages." she stated coldly, leveling him with a judgmental glare.

Sam's eyes transitioned from just happily chilling out to that of someone who was offended at the moment Venonique and Avery commented about him actually trying to hit on Julianna, but then quickly changed back again. "I'm only offering since you look like you felt awkward looking at the crowd around us, so I'm offering something familiar and handsome to look at," Sam laughed at Julianna's nervous remark about it.
"Hmm?" Sam's jaw looked as if it was tightening at the topic of the type of girls, and he just held the mug of lager in his hand and listened to what kind of guy or girl the others are attracted to. Taking a quick swing, and off Avery went to the counter to get her order which the waitress previously apparently forgot to take. After Julianna gave her thoughts about it, all eyes turned to Sam, to which he just shifted uncomfortably at his seat, took a swig of his lager before setting it down. "It comes to me then? I like girls with small assets, with nothing to show off. Smart enough to know how to weigh the dangers of a situation and assess what is right to do, modest and humble, and definitely not a clubbing type," he said with a tone of confirmation in his voice. But then as his eyes came in contact with the others, he knew he might have made this rather awkward with the sudden tenseness on his behalf.
Julianna had left not too soon to find Avery, while Sam had excused himself from the table to use the washroom, but it did not take long for him to lock onto them both on his way back to their table when he realized that they were being hit up by some guy taller than him. Julianna and Avery both looked pissed, and knowing Avery who would quickly swing a punch at people angering her, Sam had to quickly defuse the situation.
Quickly choosing a personality that he would use, Sam maneuvered towards Avery and Julianna and, in a loud and feminine-type of approach, called out to them. "Hey girlfriends!" Sam called out as he came between them both and placed his arms around their waist, hands dangerously close to their breasts. After giving them both a greeting kiss on the cheeks, he said, "I'm sorry I'm late to the party, the bouncer was sooo stupid, he wouldn't let me pass even when --- ooh, I'm sorry, was I interrupting?" he locked eyes with the guys flirting with them, playing the best out of his sissiness and gay personality. "But oh my, what a handsome guy you are," Sam commented as he giggled and approached the taller guy, whose face immediately reflected disgust and surprise. "Hey handsome, what's your name? Are you from around here?" Sam placed a finger and circled gently around the guy's chest, which was enough to send the guy shivering and backing off. "Damn gay," the guy merely commented as he walked off, to which Sam had to continue with his act a little bit longer.
"So rude, that guy," he pouted to the girls as he walked them back, though halfway through, he dropped the act and said in a low and threatening tone, "you two never saw what happened, are we clear on that?"

As Jasper said his flirtatious lines and zoomed off to hit on some blonde girl, Veronique multi-tasked; playing her mindless candy crush game as others started mentioning their types. Rhydian mentioned his type to be quite similar to someone she knew and Veronique had to force herself not to tease the poor guy some more. He probably had enough of her for the day. Avery was quite predictable and Veronique agreed about someone in touch with their emotions. She suppose Avery didn’t want a guy sobbing all over her. Veronique laughed at the last comment and shook her head. “You’re going to find someone amazing. Let me know when you do.” The girl hurried to get her drink and all eyes were on Julianna at this point.
‘Yes!’ Veronique thought happily to herself. She was stuck on this level for weeks and the feeling of beating it was glorifying. “Oh Jules, I’m sure anyone who dates you will spoil you endlessly,” Veronique commented and a little afterwards Julianna decided to find Avery. Veronique was slightly worried about the possible guy Avery would beat up since that girl could throw a punch. But she then thought it wouldn’t be too bad if the dude was being a douche. Once Sam described his type being possibly someone who’s a duplicate of Julianna, he went off to find the girls leaving the two most possibly awkward people together at the table: She and Rhydian.
“Well well, hey there cutie,” Veronique smiled drumming her fingers against the booth. The two never had really been alone since the group generally had another person there. “What if I said that you were my type?” Veronique teased flirtatiously although her head was telling her to shut up and move onto the dance floor since all they’ll do is have a stare down at one another. Pursing her lips at the silence that was about to become super awkward if the group didn’t come back, Veronique quickly ran quite a bit of ideas in her head before she reached nothing. At the corner of her eye, Veronique noticed a girl eyeing the table and obviously there was only one guy at the table the brunette was interested in. With the sly grin she has when she’s up to something, Veronique and the girl made eye contact and she waved her over. She told herself she was going to find someone for Rhyddie bear today and she applauded herself for the great idea.
As the tall brunette walked over, Veronique moved to the other side of the table next to Rhydian just as the girl arrived. “I’m Paige,” she introduced herself with quite the aura and confidence. “So the handsome guy over there. Wanna dance?”
Veronique then turned to Rhydian with an ecstatic grin on her face and before he refused which she knew he would, she replied for him. “Of course he would! Wouldn’t you, Rhyd-“ she didn’t want to embarrass him thus stopped herself before she blurted out his nickname.

Jasper got slightly distracted from his newest adventure when he saw some douche approach Avery. But when Julianna came to her rescue, he figured they could handle it and returned his attention to the girl dancing with him. Or more like on him. It was obvious she was trying to keep his attention on her, which only made him smirk. Silly girls. Trying so hard for male approval and attention. If Jasper was a nice guy he would respect her enough to tell the truth of what this game was. But he wasn't a nice guy.
Meanwhile, back at the table Rhydian was left with Veronique. Rhydian didn't really mind being alone with her, but he didn't know what to talk about either. Usually there was someone else there with them. As Veronique joked about Rhydian being her type, he slightly choked on his drink which he was taking a sip of. Coughing and wiping his mouth he remarked, "Then I'd have to say that I have finally figured out your pet name for me."
As a silence between them started, Rhydian drummed his fingers awkwardly wondering what to say. As he was just about to launch on a topic he had come up with, they were approached by a tall brunette, apparently named Paige. She also seemed to want to dance. Not really a strong suit of Rhydian. Before he could answer though, Veronique was already saying yes.
Clearing his throat he gestured toward Veronique, "I couldn't leave you here alone...." He started only to be cut off by the girl, "Oh come on... she's a big girl, she can take care of herself." And with that Rhydian was being whisked off to the dance floor without another say in the matter. Looking back to the table he thought about how he must thank Veronique later. Sarcastically of course.

Avery wasn’t sure what she was going to do to the digesting man who decided what she was before even getting to know her. She didn’t like him, oh well obviously she was a lesbian. This was why she had a hard time getting along with most people. Short hair, tough personality like a male, oh well they knew her better than her mother! Which, probably was a true point but better not to open that can of worms at this particular moment.
At the moment that Avery was about to through her good scotch into the mans face and punch him in the nose, Jules had come to her rescue. Course, it wasn’t a rescue, mostly a reasoning to make sure she didn’t get kicked out of the bar to early. That’s what everyone wanted, to make sure that she didn’t do anything stupid. To save her. She wasn’t a damn damsel in distress but sometimes her friends treated her like that.
“She’s better then anything you will ever get.” Avery hissed at the man still ready to pound it but again they were interrupted by a very unfamiliar voice. She had to do a double take as the feminine voice came from there friend who’s hands were so close to her breast that she wanted to punch him, to let her go. Touching was not something that Avery was a fan of.
“Oh my God…” Avery had to keep from snickering and blowing Sam’s cover as the man ran away in a gay disgust. Course, the way he treated Sam wasn’t very good, and she wanted to tell him off but her friend had saved her as a Gay man. And he wanted her to keep quiet? Yeah, that would happen probably never.
“You sure we can’t tell people how you saved us? Not that I needed saving, I was just going to throw my scotch into his damn ugly face.” Avery huffed getting out of his arms now that the man was gone. She didn’t like being that close to anyone. “But I guess the polite thing would be to thank you..So yeah thanks.” She indicated it to also Jules, though she was a little upset that the two of them couldn’t let her be. She had it under control. Was she really this violent that they worried about her that much?
Drinking some of her scotch she started back to the table only to see Rhys going onto the dance floor with a random girl. Raising an eyebrow she looked to Veronquie who seemed to be grinning like an idiot. Walking up to her friend. “Hey, did you get Stick-up-his-ass to dance with a complete stranger? How the hell did you do that?” she asked before figuring it out. Course, Veronquie probably said the ‘Have you met Rhys’ or something. In a way she was like a less horny Barney from that one show she watched. Shrugging she took a seat. “Are you guys going to go dance or anything?” she asked taking another sip of her scotch.

Julianna's glare swung to Avery with mild surprise at the girl's threatening words, but before anyone could say any more, the most peculiar thing happened. A man's voiced, pitched unnaturally high, cut through the tension and her eyebrows shot up into her hairline when someone's arm slung around her casually, hand dangling way too low. "Wh-" she started to glare at whoever it was when she realized: it was Sam. Her cheeks were turning way, way too red, but she managed to nod nervously as if agreeing with his cover story. Avery looked ready to lose it, watching Sam flirt with the guy, and Julianna felt a little bubble of laughter rising up at the sheer absurdity of the situation.
When the jerk finally fled, Sam steered the girls back towards their table, keeping up the act until he finally decided that was enough. Julianna was silent at his threat to never tell, and then she couldn't help but snort with laughter, giggling until tears were appearing in her eyes. "That...was...amazing." she gasped through her laughter, wiping at her eyes. Avery seemed to be thanking her, as well, and so she tried to calm herself a bit to not look so silly. She couldn't help it, worrying about Avery. She was...a little rash. But to be fair, she wasn't the only one of them like that. She was just the most violent. Jasper and Veronique were bad about things like that too, but with very different reactions. Veronique tended to string people along right and left to get them to help her, like those boys who'd carried her bags, and Jasper...well, she wasn't sure she could sum anything about him up, even now. She probably never would really know what to make of him. Kind of crazy. Good crazy, usually, but crazy just the same. So it was no surprise that she, Sam, and Rhydian tended to play the worrying friends. Though, as evidenced by Sam, they had very different methods of dealing with things.
"Ah, we made it back. And...it looks like poor Veronique was deserted." she slipped free of Sam to retake her seat, taking a slow drink of water before sighing. "I don't even want to ask what you did to get Rhydian to actually go dance." she remarked finally, pretty sure she could guess the gist of it. "Anyway, I don't think I could handle it, out there. I don't even know what you call that kind of dancing." she said seriously, her eyebrows furrowing with concern. "But I'm surprised you aren't already out there, Veronique." she shifted her attention to their party-loving friend, tilting her head curiously.

Sam just sighed at Avery's reply to his request. "C'mon, Ave. If Jasp and Venice caught on the story, they would never let me live it down," he said, half pouting. "And I believe most of us still want to remain in the club, so yes, that is precisely why we need to lasso you in, girl. We can't have you slugging everyone who tries to hit on you," he added as he let his hands go anyway, remembering where his hands were. "And you're welcome, all the same."
Sam has had more than his fair share of saving not just Avery, but Jasper and Veronique as well from hot water many a times. Usually in an unorthodox way or some rather awkward method that either left his friends questioning, or just outright burst out into laughter. Avery is the rather fiery and more physical one of the three, with Jasper as a wildcard, a rebel as he is, and Veronique the least violent one of the three, but hey, it was his job as the homemaker to keep everything together. So it would come as no surprise that Avery's pouting came of no reason to him.
Nevertheless....
Back at the table, Sam took a long drink of his lager and looked at the general direction where Rhydian had left with a girl. "Playing hooking up again, Venice?" Sam asked, already knowing the answer. Hooking up? Totally up Veronique's alley. "I'm surprised that you're the only one left at the table though. Usually it would be Rhys, Julie, Ave and me," he pointed out, though the "me" part was only half true. Some times, he did hit the dance floor, but only with his classmates, and that was only by coincidence.
"And not likely," Sam replied Avery's question. "Unless you wanna dance with me, Ave. I don't think I'll be returning to the scene. For obvious reasons," he said, emphasizing on the "reasons" part. True, if he returned to the dance floor with some girl or alone, the guy might see through the fluke. Or maybe he need not cared. Either way.

“Aw, Rhyrhy, actually worried about me? How sweet!” she gasped dramatically, placing a hand over her chest. Though the act was dropped very fast while Veronique giggled as Rhydian was taken away by another female and waved enthusiastically. “You’ll thank me later, handsome,” she winked at him. As her friends began to walk back to the table just on cue, Veronique laughed at their silly comments. “Gosh Avery and Sam! I just only threw him at her, of course. Mission accomplished though. Pretty proud if I have to say so myself!” She wouldn’t say she was deserted, in Rhydian’s opinion, she was sure that he felt that she threw him under the bus or something. Waiving the waiter over, she flirted with him some more before asking for another one of her favorite drinks knowing that it was probably going to be on him.
“I would go dance but I had to fix Rhydian up with a girl before tonight ends,” Veronique explained herself. However, half of Veronique felt slightly guilty making Rhydian do something against his will though she was mostly feeling accomplished. “It’s a club, c’mon, Avery, we got to leave Julianna and Sam alone to do their romantic talks. Can’t be intruding,” she eyed them teasingly as she downed another alcoholic drink. Unlike Avery, Veronique didn’t have a strong alcohol tolerance though that never kept her from drinking when she’s out clubbing or partying with friends. With that said, Veronique got up and grabbed Avery, almost lugging her along but she knew her girl friend loves to dance. Once they hit the dance floor and merged themselves in the middle, Veronique started her moves, letting go of herself beside Avery. It was a blast, she thought, being with one of her best friends on the dance floor until someone came up behind her and something was rubbing against her. Normally, she wouldn’t mind since she’d be dancing alone but she was with her friend and the intrusion was unwelcome. She didn’t want Avery to sucker punch the guy, thus she turned around only to realize it was a familiar dancing partner whom name she hasn’t quite grasped.
“Won’t you be a sweetheart and find someone else to rub against?” she said with a sickening sweet tone she uses when she’s disgusted at someone.
“Don’t play hard to get babe, you know we’ve done worse,” the guy insisted, sliding both of his arms around her waist.
Feeling insulted, Veronique ground her left heel against his shoes causing him to yelp and flinch back in pain, cursing her, before she debated whether she should punch him or let Avery do the honor. Though before she eyed an uncomfortable Rhydian and an angry Paige looking her way. “Oh shit,” she hissed standing back away from the guy suddenly remembering that this has happened before and in the exact same situation without her friends. Paige detached herself away from the, she supposed happier, Rhydian and stomped towards Veronique with a distorted countenance filled with disgust, hatred, and jealousy.
“You slut! That’s my boyfriend you’re touching!” she growled, not realizing that Veronique was the same girl from a few months ago. As other people from the dance floor started to slowly form a circle around them, Veronique felt sorry that Avery had to witness this since she really didn't have anything to do with it.
“Well, your boyfriend is a pig,” Veronique snorted in a demeaning manner. As one of the more aggressive friend who never like to back down from a challenge, Veronique inched closer to Paige. “And look at you, probably didn’t satisfy him in bed. Now he has to roam this dance floor looking for another girl to hit on. Maybe you should work your skills instead helplessly finding other guys to bring back home. So, what does that make you?” she smirked defiantly, crossing her arms knowing that she probably shouldn’t rub it in the girl’s face that the guy chose her instead.
“You’re a fucking whore!” Paige roared angrily before she grabbed the girls hair and started what many would call a cat fight. Veronique then knew that the rumors were probably right, she is a walking disaster but that's what made life fun for her. She wasn't perfect nor was she a barbie.
